Graphic Design in the 60's

The 50's saw many neautrel earth tones and film posters in their graphic design, and through the 60's these carried on, but designers like Paul Rand brought about LSD inspired psychadellic art work into record sleeves and posters. These switch completley changed how people at that time looked at graphics.

Designers and artists experimented with styles and shapes, with or without the influence of drugs.

I have already shown a snippet of Wes Wilsons 60's posters, but here is another image, it portrays the shapes, colours and mood of the design at that current time perfectley.
Other massive artists of that time are Keiichi Tanaami and Alton Kelly. Both of which are renowned for their stylish and radical visual expression.
